Cookie statement

This website only sets cookies that are needed to make the site work. Below you can read what cookies are, which ones I use and how you stay in control.

Last updated on 19 September 2026.

At the moment the site does not use any analytics or marketing cookies. As soon as that changes, you will see a notice on your first visit in which you choose what to allow.

Necessary
Always active. These cookies are needed to make the website work and to remember your cookie choice. No consent is needed for them and they do not track you.
Analytics
Measure anonymously how visitors use the site, for instance which pages are viewed. That helps me improve the site. Only with your consent.
Marketing
Make it possible to show you relevant ads and campaigns, also on other websites. Only with your consent.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer, tablet or phone. It is not a program and cannot contain viruses. Cookies remember small pieces of information, such as the choice you make in a cookie notice.

How and why do I use cookies?

Necessary cookies make sure the website works properly. With analytics cookies I would see anonymously how the site is used, so I can keep improving it. With marketing cookies I could show you relevant content and campaigns later. I only place analytics and marketing cookies if you give consent.

How long are cookies kept?

That differs per cookie. Some disappear as soon as you close your browser, others stay longer, counted from your last visit. Expired cookies are removed automatically.

Refusing or deleting cookies

You can always block or delete cookies in the settings of your browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Keep in mind that some parts may then work less well. If you use several browsers, adjust it everywhere.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

If the site shows a cookie notice, you can adjust or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookies link at the bottom of the site.

Questions?

If you have questions about cookies or about how I handle your data, feel free to email hello@thedaleyedit.nl. You can read more about your data in the privacy statement.
